We can provide a full service or a mixture of role definition, advertising, CV reviewing/telephone screening, interviewing/assessment centres and recommendation. We can then provide payroll, expense, human resource and support functions on your behalf, if needed? And can even source training programs to aid in the outsourced personnel’s performance.

Insight Group have the ability to handle all necessary aspects of Outsourcing staffing solutions. This can be for Permanent, contractual or temporary or adhoc positions.
We recruit high quality employees for our clients Outsourced Headcount requirements. We provide staff to all of our client’s, bespoke recruitment campaigns and we also manage the HR and Payroll services relating to these employees.
The HR department offers a variety of services & packages which include:
- Advertising and marketing of the roles.
- Short listing of CV’s and telephone screening, developing questions that relate to the individual positions and accounts.
- Advising on the activities that would best suit the position when at the assessment centre’s.
- Supporting at assessment centres and at face to face interview’s.
- Advising on what skill set is needed to recruit the best candidates.
- Liaising with the recruiting manager with verbal and written tests.
When a request has been received our HR Department sources the appropriate websites and publications to recruit for the position requested, this enables us to find the best talent there is. We also have a database of around 2000 tactical members of staff who we are able to connect with to advertise for a role.
We work closely with the recruiting manager’s, advising how best to recruit for these positions and the most cost effective way of doing this.
Once we have filled all positions requested we offer a number of supportive elements:
- Bench marking salaries so that our clients are offering a competitive salary package.
- Issuing of Contracts – whether these are short/long term or permanent. To ensure all aspects of statutory legislation is included in all contracts.
- Provisions for payroll functions dealing with all salary and statutory payments. We are also able to manage high volume expense claim forms.
- A Payroll advisory line to deal with all aspects of payroll queries which relate to : tax, NI, SMP, SSP, SPP, absence/holidays.
- HR services which include , Attendance Management, Disciplinary & Grievance, Performance & Appraisal Management and Performance Reviews.
- HR Training for 1st line management and above to include Director Level.
Insight Group has a dedicated In-House Trainer who works with the outsourced personnel to custom build training programs or to source training programs to aid in the staffs development which includes 5’s training which is specifically required for working within DSGI stores, our trainer is the only non DSGI trainer who is able to give this training. Our trainer also provides NVQ training and ILM (institute of Learning Management)
